Ensure that the machine has a battery installed, as it does not come with one pre-installed. You will need to install the battery yourself. To use the machine properly, first install the battery, then fill the tank with water, and finally, place the salt water capsule on it. Follow the steps carefully, as outlined in the instruction manual.

After filling the water tank, press and hold the 'M' button on the handle until the nasal wash is complete. The machine will not sit idle once the saline capsules are exhausted; replacement capsules are available, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know.
